EA and DICE have debuted a new trailer for Star Wars: Battlefront II detailing the long-awaited starfighter battles that the game will include. While Battlefront ended up being a disappointment with very little for players to dig into, the new game looks set to be the exact opposite, with more than enough for fans to enjoy.
Star Wars: Battlefront II will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on November 17th.
Entertainment Weekly posted several updates today regarding several of the new alien races, Luke Skywalker himself, and the leader of the First Order, Snoke from Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi. We’ve learned that Luke wasn’t alone on the planet Ahch-To, location of the first Jedi temple, as he’s joined by a small race of furry creatures, the Porgs, and an anthromorphic race of aquatic creatures that maintain the structures on the island, called the Caretakers.
The other big news is in regards to Snoke, and our first look at his incredible bodyguards, the Praetorian Guard. Hit the jump to get a full look at several new stills from the film.

Yesterday, we covered the unveiling of the Star Wars: The Last Jedi Vanity Fair covers, and today, that same issue is offering us our first taste of new details of Rian Johnson’s eighth film in the Star Wars Saga. The photos offer us our first look at Benicio Del Toro’s engimatic character, DJ. As well as Laura Dern’s Vice Admiral Amilyn Holdo, a high-ranking member of the Alliance. We also get a few behind the scenes shots, some action shots, and a touching photo of Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher (seen above).
The other few items were given offer a few story hints, such as the new shining “casino city” Canto Bight, which will offer a rare glimpse of wealth in a universe rife with sandy desolation. Hit the jump for a look at the many new photos.

For each Star Wars film, dating back to Episode I: The Phantom Menace, Vanity Fair does an exclusive photo-shoot, revealing images and new details for the film first. They’re always a fantastic affair, and the new reveals for Rian Johnson’s Episode IX: The Last Jedi are beautiful beyond compare.
The four covers can be seen after the jump. The first shows the light side of the Force, with Luke and Rey. The second, spotlights The First Order, Kylo Ren, Captain Phasma, and General Hux. The third, shows the Alliance, with Poe Dameron, Finn, and new character Rose Tico. The last, by way of tribute, shows the always radiant Carrie Fisher as
Princess General Leia.
