Atari has finally revealed more details about the Atari VCS, formerly known as the Ataribox. The final specs for the system are still up in the air, but Atari has partnered with several game developers and content creators to create original content and new titles for the system, as well as including complete libraries of 2600 and 5200 games.
The VCS will play at 4K, and include all the largest streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.), as well as an original Linux-based OS. For more information, you can head to ComicBook.com – or to sign up for Pre-Orders, visit the Official Website.
Anticipation for the upcoming Dragonball FighterZ is reaching a fever pitch as the game is set to release in a few short months. Now, HORI has announced plans to release a branded fightstick for the game, available to PlayStation and PC players in Japan. Featuring artwork of Goku in his super saiyan blue form, this new joystick, which will retail for 20498¥ (approx. $180), looks to replicate the old Mad Catz layout and has toggle switches for things like turbo button support.
There is currently no release date outside of Japan, but let’s keep our fingers and toes crossed. The stick releases on February 1st, 2018, to coincide with the Japanese launch of the game.
