20th Century Fox released a new full trailer for Deadpool 2 that gives us a load more action, with plenty of news looks at the new and returning faces in the film. We get some action with Josh Brolin’s Cable, as well as Domino, Colossus, as well as some shocking faces, such as Terry Crews playing an unknown character.
The trailer is fantastic, and definitely pushes the hype train for this much anticipated sequel further. The month of May is going to be stacked with some of the best comic book films of all time, that’s for damn sure.
The first teaser trailer for Deadpool 2 has hit, and it’s not exactly what anyone expected, and yet, seems completely normal for the Merc With a Mouth. The teaser starts as a ridiculous Bob Ross parody, before jumping into a series of jump-cuts with our first look at footage from the film.
On top of that, 20th Century Fox released the first synopsis for the film, and it falls in line with the teaser trailer pretty well, in that it makes absolutely no sense.
After surviving a near fatal bovine attack, a disfigured cafeteria chef (Wade Wilson) struggles to fulfill his dream of becoming Mayberry’s hottest bartender while also learning to cope with his lost sense of taste. Searching to regain his spice for life, as well as a flux capacitor, Wade must battle ninjas, the yakuza, and a pack of sexually aggressive canines, as he journeys around the world to discover the importance of family, friendship, and flavor – finding a new taste for adventure and earning the coveted coffee mug title of World’s Best Lover.

It’s been quite a last 24 hours for those comic book team films, as the 20th Century Fox X-Men team-up film, X-Force, featuring Deadpool and Cable, finally has a director. Daredevil showrunner, Drew Goddard, is taking the reins of the film to write and direct, according to Deadline.
Both Ryan Reynolds, and Josh Brolin, are set to reprise their roles in Deadpool 2, with the rest of the team still to be determined. The X-Force are “a Black Ops force of down and dirty mutant warriors who are far more ruthless than their X-Men counterparts.”
The Hollywood Reporter has word that Ed Skrein (Deadpool, Game of Thrones) is in final talks to co-star in Hellboy, alongside David Harbour as Hellboy, Milla Jovovich as the villainous Blood Queen, and Ian McShane as Professor Broom. Skrein is set to play Major Benjamin Daimio, a former U.S. Marine who joins the Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense after a supernatural encounter gives him the ability to turn into a jaguar.
Hellboy is set to begin shooting early next month, with a tentative release date for late 2018.

Since their respective casting announcements, we’ve all been anxiously awaiting our first looks at Domino and Cable in Deadpool 2. While it may be a bit before we see Cable, Ryan Reynolds has shared our first look at Zazie Beetz as the lucky mutant, Domino.
The image (seen above) is a call-back to the first image we ever saw of Ryan Reynolds as the Merc with a Mouth, and a clever call-back at that. While not spot-on to her comic counterpart, this new interpretation of Domino looks incredible, and a fantastic spin on the character.
It’s been a roller coaster of rousing success for Patty Jenkins’ Wonder Woman, as the film has far exceeded expectations (at least for some), and now stands at $368.5 million at the domestic box office, surpassing Deadpool in the #10 spot for domestic comic book film gross.
